1. Sourcing & Business Data Confidentiality

Urban Studio Apparel enforces strict confidentiality protocols for all client proprietary designs, tech packs, measurement specifications, and brand assets. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) prior to sample prototyping upon request.

2. Information Collection

We collect information provided directly by clients during RFQ submission, inquiry forms, sample dispatch, and contract negotiations. This includes corporate contact details, shipping destinations, import licenses, and technical specifications.

3. Use of Information

Client data is utilized exclusively for manufacturing feasibility assessments, sample creation, shipping documentation, customs clearance at Karachi Port, and direct business communication. We never sell, lease, or distribute business contacts to third-party brokers.

4. Data Security & Storage

Digital tech packs, CAD designs, and order histories are safeguarded on encrypted servers with access restricted strictly to designated merchandisers, production heads, and quality assurance leads.
