Commercial Governance

Manufacturing terms, MOQ policies, and quality inspection guidelines.

1. OEM / ODM Manufacturing Agreements

Bulk production contracts are confirmed upon tech pack sign-off, size set approval, pre-production (PP) sample sign-off, and receipt of agreed deposit terms (FOB Karachi or CIF target port).

2. Quality Control & AQL Standards

All production runs strictly adhere to AQL 1.5 (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party inspection agency access (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) is accommodated at client request.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

Standard MOQs apply per category (Knitwear: 500 pcs/color, Denim: 1,000 pcs/style, Outerwear: 300 pcs/style). Flexible prototype batches are available during ODM development stages.

4. Logistics & Export Customs

Container loading from Faisalabad and bonded trucking to Karachi Port are executed under standard Bill of Lading (B/L) terms. Air freight options dispatched via Lahore/Islamabad airports are available for rapid sample turnarounds.
